Create a Photo Policy

A Location's type, along with which Tasks are assigned to it, are determined by its parent Location Group. At least one Location Group must be created for a functional Project.

Permissions

Your project role must have the Role::Photo Policies::Create permission enabled in order to perform this operation.

1. Navigate to your project's Photo Policies page:

• In the sidebar navigation, select your project
• Expand the Admin navigation list
• Click on Photo Policies

• From the Deploy homepage, click on the Dashboard button for your project
• In the top corner of the project card , click on the gear icon button to drop down the Admin Menu
• Click the Photo Policies option

2. In the corner of the Photo Policies card , click on the New Photo Policy button
3. Give your policy a Name (i.e., Rack Photos)
4. Assign the policy to the Task you created previously
5. Set the Require Count field to 2
6. Leave all other fields at their defaults
7. Click the Submit button
