Enrollment
Gaining access to Deploy begins with creating a personal user account.
This typically happens in one of two ways:
- Prospective users can request an account
- Existing users can generate and send an Enrollment Link to enroll a new user
External Identities
Deploy currently uses a self-contained user database and does not support authentication with external identities.
Account Request¶
Anybody who wants to start using Deploy can request an account anonymously
The New User Info form must be filled out
New users who sign up this way must be approved by one of the Deploy admins before their account will be active.
Once approved, you will be notified personally by the admin who approved your account.
Enrollment Link¶
New users can be quickly onboarded to Deploy and given initial project access through the use of an Enrollment Link.

New User Info Form¶
Note
Your name, username, email, and phone number will be visible to other users who share a project with you. They can be seen in the project's dashboard in the "Team" table.
The below fields must be filled out in the account request form:
- Username: A unique username. The username may contain only letters, numbers, and the characters
@ . + - _ - First name: Your given name
- Last name: Your surname
- Email address: A functional email address where you can be reached
- Phone number: A functional phone number, preferrably a cell phone number
