Accessing the Interface

The Import / Export interfaces can be accessed by clicking the ellipsis button in the top right corner of different cards , in the UI.

Permissions

Your project role must have the Role::Sites::Read permission enabled in order to perform this operation.

  1. Navigate to your project's Sites page:
  • In the sidebar navigation, select your project
  • Click on Sites
  • Navigate to the Deploy homepage
  • Click on the Sites button for your project
  1. Click on the ellipsis button in the top right corner of the Sites card
  2. Click on the Export Sites or Import Sites link in the drop down

Permissions

Your project role must have the Role::Location Groups::Read permission enabled in order to perform this operation.

  1. Navigate to your project's Location Groups page:
  • In the sidebar navigation, select your project
  • Expand the Admin navigation list
  • Click on Location Groups
  • From the Deploy homepage, click on the Dashboard button for your project
  • In the top corner of the project card , click on the gear icon button to drop down the Admin Menu
  • Click the Location Groups option
  1. Click on the ellipsis button in the top right corner of the Location Groups card
  2. Click on the Export Location Groups or Import Location Groups link in the drop down

  1. Navigate to your project's Locations page:
  • In the sidebar navigation, select your project
  • Click on Dashboard
  • From the Deploy homepage, click on the Dashboard button for your project
  • In the project card , click on the Locations button
  1. Click on the ellipsis button in the top right corner of the Locations card
  2. Click on the Export Locations or Import Locations link in the drop down

Your project role must have the Role::Tasks::Read permission enabled in order to perform this operation.

  1. Navigate to your project's Tasks page:
  • In the sidebar navigation, select your project
  • Expand the Admin navigation list
  • Click on Tasks
  • From the Deploy homepage, click on the Dashboard button for your project
  • In the top corner of the project card , click on the gear icon button to drop down the Admin Menu
  • Click the Tasks option
  1. Click on the Task which you want to Import or Export
  2. In the Task Answers card , click on the ellipsis button in the top right corner
  3. Click on the Export Task Answers or Import Task Answers link in the drop down
