Single-Use Choices

Single-Use Choices is of the advanced features supported by a few of the field types. It is supported by the Single-Choice and the Select field types

This feature allows each choice (from the Choices setting in the field) to be used only one time. Once that choice has been selected and submitted for a Location, it cannot be used elsewhere.

Turns this feature on for a particular Task Field.

Single-Use Choices Action

Type	Selection

Configure the field to either Hide used choices from the end user (so only available choices are displayed), or Disable the unavailable choices (they will still be listed, just not selectable).
